We loved staying here! Everything was very clean and Walter was so kind!!

We checked out today but we didn't want to leave! This place is a gem. It's close to everything, the lake, the restaurants, The Hidden Cork, the wineries, and the museums. Very clean and well appointed. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

We would stay here again with no problem! Lovely place! Positive: It was beautiful! Negative: Being a lower level, the floor was cold, but slippers took care of that minor detail.

Walter's place was amazing--roomy, spotless, close to restaurants and the beach and so much more. The apartment has comfortable furniture throughout, including the bed, a full kitchen and lots of room to spread out or work away from home (unfortunately)! Walter left us a bottle from a local winery and gave us helpful information about wineries, restaurants and the general area. We had our Aussies with us and they were welcomed and very comfortable. Hammondsport is a quintessential dog friendly small town complete with town square and gazebo (and a concert on Thursday night), ice cream parlor (that serves breakfast), bakery, coffee roaster, town beach and good dinner restaurants--what else is needed? Excellent wineries are near-by as well as a dog park. We plan to make a return visit and will definitely stay at Walter's place!

Suite was exactly as described! Well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Host went out his way to insure we had an enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Walter’s place. The space is warm, inviting and had plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby both nights. We had a cozy night in our second night & loved using the fireplace to warm up along with blankets, a very comfortable sectional and a movie. Walter was a superb host- friendly, responsive and very helpful. Hammondsport is an adorable town & made for a great first visit to wine country. We will be back!

We headed to Hammondsport for a little cycling in August and needed a place to call home, turns out The Nautilus was the perfect place. Walter is an amazing host working with us through some unexpected issues and providing ample parking and a safe place for our bikes. I can't say enough about the accommodations (newly renovated, well stocked, clean and comfortable) or the host (Walter made us feel right at home throughout our stay). Thanks for everything! We'll be back next summer!

We stayed in The Nautilus & it was perfect for us, clean & the location is so close to the water & we enjoyed walking to the water. Walter was so helpful & answered any questions we had promptly. We do plan on returning soon.

We wish we could give more than 5 stars! Walter’s place was gorgeous and a treat to stay in. It was within walking distance to all the restaurants in town and only steps away from the water. Walter was extremely kind, flexible, and communicative. He gave us great recommendations for a dog park in the area (which our dog loved) and a wine bar that we thoroughly enjoyed. He was able to check us in an hour early, and he even left us a bottle of wine as an anniversary present. The whole stay was wonderful and we can’t recommend it enough. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hubbs Cellar for 2 nights over Halloween weekend. The location was perfect, situated right in the quaint village of Hammondsport and walkable to plenty spots for breakfast and dinner with an easy drive to many of the wineries along Keuka Lake. If we were there for an extended period, the kitchen is also a great perk to have access to cook in as well. The place was so spacious and just like the photos. Everything was clean, easily accessible, and just perfect. We would love to stay again on a future visit to Hammondsport!

My wife and I spent a long weekend at Hubbs Cellar and absolutely loved it. The space is cozy and well-appointed with everything you need. Walking to the lake took just minutes and the village has great restaurants. Walter was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely return!

My husband and I just happened to stumble across this darling place when we were walking around. We stayed 2 very comfortable nights. It’s so clean and welcoming! We loved it there.

What a gem! The Hubbs Cellar is charming and spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Hammondsport is such a quaint town and this location is perfect for exploring it. Walter is very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This lovely place in Hammondsport was perfect for a first ever trip to the Finger Lakes. It is extremely well appointed and very clean. The furniture and bed are high quality and very comfortable. The space is quite large for a one bedroom and has a beautiful dining room. We appreciated the special coffee and the complimentary bottle of local wine! Its location close to the lake and restaurants and shops is also perfect. We will definitely look to stay again if we come back to the area.

We stayed in Hubbs Cellar, and all of our expectations were exceeded. The space is clean, well-appointed, and perfectly located. Walter is an exceptional host. We will absolutely be returning.

Walt thought of everything!! There were even cups and dishes for little ones, not that we had any there. Spotless and comfortable, and an easy walk to everything. I will highly recommend to everyone, and will definitely be back!

After stay at a few different places in Finger Lakes over the years, we found a real gem and can’t wait to return! Positive: Very comfortable, spacious, well appointed. Pictures don’t do it justice! The perfect location is close to restaurants, shopping. Check in was super easy. Negative: Nothing to say here

We loved Hammondsport and this place was right in the middle of everything, easy to walk to the lake, restaurants, ice cream and breakfast. The place was clean and simple, would definitely visit again!
